Our "old" house went on the market yesterday. FINALLY!
Our realtor had an open house yesterday for other realtors, and one of them is bringing a client over tonight to look at the house. So, just like that - we're off and running!
Our old house is a great house...we built it 10 years ago, and its seen its share of children, pets, love and laughter. Good times.
It's harbored us from storms...it's kept us cozy from the cold...and it's been bursting at the seams when we've had family parties and reunions...
As sad as it is to see the "For Sale" sign in the front yard, I know that it's time to let another family move in and begin their own memories and good times in the house.
Here's hoping that new family finds the house. Quickly. :)
The awesome back yard...I loved those trees and privacy....
